There is a 15 min grace period for you to arrive at your appointment, after 15 min your appointment is CANCELED! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are 15 min late your appointment will be canceled and it will be a $25 cancelation fee. No show fees are $25, if not paid you will not be allowed to book again!
